Wilmington Realty is one of the oldest and largest rental companies serving the area. We offer a wide variety of rental property and property management services. These consist of apartments, houses, duplex units, condominiums, historic properties in downtown Wilmington, commercial rentals and office space. Our leases are typically for one year and require a security deposit.

How to Rent
1. Choose a property from our vacancy list (select above for our current vacancy list).
2. Contact us and view the property (check out a key from our office location during office hours Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:30PM).
3. Complete a credit application (report fee = $40.00) Commercial applications are $50.
4. Pay security deposit to hold property (will hold for up to 2 weeks).
5. Sign lease (professional staff will give you complete information on utility connections and other helpful move-in hints).
6. Pick up keys on move-in day.
7. Move in! Congratulations on your new home!
